To create your Payxi account:

1. Download the Payxi app or visit our website
2. Tap "Sign Up" and enter your details
3. Verify your identity with your phone number or email
4. Add a preferred payment method
5. Start sending and receiving money instantly

You’ll need the following to get started:

• A valid email address and phone number
• A bank account or debit/credit card
• A government-issued ID (for verification)
• The Payxi mobile app or web access

Sending money with Payxi is easy:

1. Log in to the Payxi app
2. Select "Send Money"
3. Enter the recipient’s email, phone number, or Payxi ID
4. Choose your payment method
5. Enter the amount and confirm

To add a new payment method:

1. Open the Payxi app
2. Go to Wallet
3. Select Add Payment Method
4. Enter your card or bank account details
5. Save and verify the method if required

Some transactions may include small fees:

• Sending money internationally
• Currency conversions
• Instant transfers to a bank account

We’ll always show you the fee before you confirm your transaction.

Refund requests depend on the transaction:

1. If you paid a business, contact the merchant directly
2. If it was a mistake payment, request the recipient to refund
3. If you suspect fraud, report it immediately through Payxi support

Our team will investigate disputed transactions promptly.

To reset your password:

1. Go to the login screen
2. Tap Forgot Password
3. Enter your email or phone number
4. Follow the link sent to reset your password

You can update your profile from the Payxi app:

1. Open Settings
2. Tap Edit Profile
3. Update your name, photo, or contact details
4. Save changes (some updates may require verification)
